Overview
PrimeVisionTV ("the Service", "we", "us") respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable international copyright law, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on our platform.
We have registered a Designated Copyright Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office (where applicable) and maintain a policy to disable or remove access to content that is subject to valid DMCA takedown notices.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send us a written DMCA takedown notice containing all of the following elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

- Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

We will process and respond to all valid DMCA notices within 72 business hours of receipt.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a Federal District Court.

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, PrimeVisionTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to immediately disable access for any user who we determine, in our sole discretion, to be a repeat copyright infringer.
⚠️ Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages including costs and attorneys' fees.
